II. A LETTER TO THE READER
HEY! What your about to read or to know here is all about me if I wasn't got a high grade means I'm not ready or I didn't get to learn or to understand the lesson. Don't laugh about my vocabulary because I'm still earning my words. Sorry if i'll type something wrong because this is really unprepared and I didn't have enough money to rent a computer. I'll hope you'll read it well. hopefully :))
III. AUTOBIOGRAPHY
I was born at my province Alcala, Cagayan Valley on June 18, 1998.
i'm now 15 years old and I'n currently living at Block 207 lot 2 Acacia Street Pembo Makati City
I only have one brother he's also in high school grade 7.
My mother is a Lady guard and she's on duty at Alabang.
And my father is a mason he's in south Africa right now working for our family needs. I really love them both because they do their best to make me and my brother finish our studies.
I am a server of God i'm proud to be a catholic I serve at the Marry mirror of Justice Parish as a Legionary I have been a legionary for a year now this August.
I love music and my habit is acting at home when I'm alone i look at the mirror and I act alone.
When i heard that there a club for that in the school I didn't think twice
I joined the summer workshop and i really learned a lot and i also met new friends
I was a called then a summer baby and i'm really prod of myself because I also received a certificate and I got the chance to act on the stage
IV. GOAL SETTING FOR 1ST GRADING PERIOD
When i first new that the portfolio is on line I was shocked because how am i going to
do that without a computer ? I just thought that i must sacrifice to do this.
I planned that my portfolio to be colorful and the best as I can.
I'll upload many photos as I can to make it attractive.
and even i don't have a computer i'll write or type many things as I can
to express my thought in my artifacts and you know just hope it come out best
V. ARTIFACTS
THE SCANNING TEST
I only made $ mistakes because i finished it early and i still have the time to look at it again and i answered all of it some of my classmates thought that the second page was not be answered so they got her low marks.
it was easy for me to see the answers because i focused in it and when i got my paper i
knew that it would be that way.
i'm just happy at the result and my way of answering.
THE LONG TEST
I got an average score in this test because I wasn't analyzing the correct answers and i have been thinking twice at what im going to answer but when i choose one and answered it already when i look at it again i realize that my first answers was right
And at the second page i had some erasure because i didn't read the direction and i forgot some rules.
but the other test/ questions i answered it with confidence
and im proud that even i got a low mark still i didn't copy to anyone and i knew what was my weaknesses.
THE RULES
Finally i mastered it i only got ten mistakes when i thought that i must really learn about it.
I'm really happy about the result because I achieved it haha.
I remembered the rules and hopefully at the periodical i also got it right.
I analyzed the sentences well so i understand it properly and i didn't make magic answer my question and aain i didn't copy my own knowledge.
MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE
16 was my score on this since when i was on first year i already knew about my intelligence and that was an environmentalist .
i made mistakes at the first page because whaat didn't remember it again? oh! i din't analyzed it properly and i was sleepy at that time because it haven't been sleeping well
ARMOR OF GOD
In this activity I just want to say that i made had an inspiration and that is God. I put Him in my heart that's why its easy for me to answer and i really know about things like that.
I handled it properly and I'm proud that I was able to here
and be inspired again by the bible.
At the back i did answered it but i didn't know or hear that we must put i title I was really focused at writing that's why i didn't hear what ma'am Rivera is directing
SPELLING TEST
i wasn't able to answer some because they was new to me but the others was really familiar that's why it was easy. when i saw that my words are limitable I started reading and adding new words to my vocabulary.
VI.REFLECTION
As you can see the pictures it's few because i don't really have the gadgets to upload im only barrowing that's why i only submmited few of the activities I am really sad right now because I didn't achieve to complete it. but i really did evreything to pass this portfolio in time and as hard as i can.
VII. SELF EVALUATION
The entries are few but i have written things that i can be written and I understand well what my mistakes are.
and next time i'll do comply all my activities.
VII. GOAL SETTING FOR 2ND GRADING
I'll upload as many photos as i can and i will always update so I won't hurry anymore and make it also decoratIVE AND BE INTERESTING NEXT TIME.
